How does the pay-as-you-go payment option work?
With pay-as-you-go, you simply pay for aircraft rental, simulator time, and instructor fees at the end of each flight lesson. There is no requirement to pay for entire certificates or the full career track upfront.
What payment methods does PIC accept?
We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Checks, and approved third-party aviation loan disbursements.
What costs are included in the program price estimates?
Our program estimates cover estimated aircraft rental flight hours, personalized ground lessons, and simulator time. Additional third-party expenses include FAA medical examinations, written knowledge exam fees, personal gear/headset, and Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) checkride fees.
Can I finance individual ratings or only the full career track?
Depending on the lender, financing can be applied toward individual ratings (such as Private Pilot or Instrument Rating) or complete zero-to-commercial/CFI professional career tracks.
How can I reduce the overall cost of my flight training?
Training consistently (2–3 times per week), thoroughly studying ground school materials before lessons, and logging FAA-approved time in our Redbird FMX full-motion simulator will significantly reduce overall flight hours and save thousands of dollars.
